Begin your event planning with flowers.

We're ideas gals here at Gilly’s Lilies. We’re a bespoke boutique for a reason: we don’t want to make the same few types of arrangements over and over again!

We know how much meaning flowers can bring to special moments. From show-stopping floral sculptures to table decor, we will work with you on bringing your unique vision to life.

Our Services

Once you’re ready to get down to the details of planning, it’s time to book a consultation. Consultations, booked online, by phone or in person, are when we discuss all the big and small details. We’ll also map out your ballpark budget, and book the date of the event(s).

  • For full-service wedding florals, we recommend booking a consultation 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–October).

  • Don’t know where to start? You’re welcome to select from arrangements already available in our online shop. We also do custom pieces such as sprays and wreaths. As with all our offerings, sympathy florals are both seasonal and customizable. We are here to help you through this process in person, over the phone, or right here online.

  • From corporate events, to a milestone birthday, we want to hear from you!

Getting Ready for Your Consultation

Budget

We embrace a “no minimum, no maximum” approach. We work with all budgets. How much you are comfortably able to spend is one of the very first details we’ll cover during your consultation. Your flower budget is just as important as your flower vision.

Our average wedding customer spends around $1,500 on their florals, but you can go as grand or simple as feels right. A non-refundable retainer of $200 secures your event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

Vision

We want what you want: bouquets and arrangements that are utterly, fabulously you. We’ll discuss your vision: color palette, favorite flowers, must-haves, and venue details. So show us your wish list, the vibes and styles that make you gasp, the pins and saves you’ve been sighing over. Bring all your oohs and ahhs to our consultation and planning session. We want all of it.

Our English cottage garden style is all about freshness and variety, working with what each season has to offer. We do our best to source your preferred blooms. However, nature can be unpredictable, and substitutions may be made to ensure quality. Everything we create is guaranteed to be completely exclusive to you and your big day.

Plan

The consultation sessions are when we discuss all the big and small details that will refine your vision of your day. We will create a list of all of the arrangements you'll need: everything from bouquets to boutonnieres, centerpieces, and lining the aisle. We offer full delivery, set-up, and on-site styling services. Pricing depends on location and complexity.

The plan and design process is collaborative, of course, so we’ll continue to work together after your consultation to ensure the designs are absolutely perfect. Six weeks out, we’ll finalize your full bloom menu and take a 50% payment.

For a fee we can provide a floral sample for centerpieces or bouquets upon request, usually closer to your wedding or event date when flowers are in season. We’ll suggest a beautiful alternative that has a similar look, color, and feel.

Many ceremony arrangements can be moved to your reception space if time and logistics allow. We have a selection of vases, urns, arches, candles, and décor pieces available for rent.
